We ride hard. We don't like downtime. We share the same high standards as our customers. If you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will make it right.

Return Policy

Uplnd Stoke wants our customers to be satisfied. Please refer to our installation tips video before installing our product as well as read our detailed instructions that come with each kit. We are not responsible for problems due to installation. We can only offer refunds on defects with the vinyl. If you would like to return or exchange any unused product, Contact Us within 30 days of your purchase. We will do our best to arrange for a replacement piece(s). 

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

We do our best to have ample stock. If a product is out of stock, we will get it produced within 1 week (some exceptions apply). We offer FREE US Ground UPS shipping and USPS when needed for orders over $50. We do not accept International Orders. For orders less than $50, shipping is calculated at checkout. 

Warranty

Uplnd Stoke's products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase on the condition that products are properly installed. This warranty is not transferrable. Uplnd Stoke products are intended to be applied to carbon or painted surfaces. All Uplnd Stoke products are sold with the understanding that the purchaser has independently determined the suitability of the product for its use. Uplnd Stoke's products are not intended to repair any existing structural damage, paint damage, or manufacturer defects and Uplnd Stoke will not be held responsible if its products worsen such damage.


Uplnd Stoke's sole obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product, without charge, at Uplnd Stoke's discretion. In the event that replacement or repair is not practical, Uplnd Stoke will issue a refund to the purchaser of the product. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Uplnd Stoke, its members, officers, employees, or agents be liable under contract, tort, strict liability, negligence or any other legal or equitable theory or otherwise (and whether or not any of such persons or entities had prior knowledge of the circumstances giving rise to such loss or damage) with respect to the product for any damages, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the use of the product, including without limitation, bodily or personal injury, damage to property and/or any other damages resulting from performance or non-performance of the product. Uplnd stoke’s liability shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the product paid by the purchaser.

No express or implied warranties other than those expressly defined above shall apply to products produced or sold by Uplnd Stoke.
